Why CDIP exists.

Community Digital Infrastructure Partners was created by the owners of IP Real Estate, established in Memphis in 1985. Two generations of industrial property experience inform CDIP's approach to digital infrastructure and its focus on the communities where projects take shape.

CDIP brings land, power, planning, community priorities and potential end-user needs into one conversation. Our aim is to develop locations that fit both the technical needs of digital infrastructure and the places where it is built.
