A city partnership built for the long term.

In a mid-sized city in the American South, CDIP is developing two data center sites with the city and the local and regional power providers. The partnership rests on one shared expectation: the developer stays involved, and the value stays local.

How the partnership works.

A city that plans for decades

CDIP remains in dialogue with the city as the two sites take shape. Development decisions consider the city's long-term priorities and the value each project can create locally.

Power planned with the utility

CDIP is reviewing capacity, transmission and timing with local and regional power providers. The development path is planned alongside the power system, not apart from it.

From land to a project that can be financed

CDIP works with landowners and brings established End Client relationships and a credible off-taker to the project. Financial and legal structure is moving the sites toward a potential sale.

Local benefit, set out in writing

A legal benefit-sharing structure is in place and guarantees the community a share of the value created by each project. Local participation is part of the project's structure, not an afterthought.
